Exchange Policy


EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping with the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Items may be exchanged for a qualifying* purchase of equal or greater value. 
*Sale items are final sale and may not be exchanged. 
Exchanges:
  • Customers are responsible for shipping exchange items back to seller as well as any return shipping costs. 
  • Once items are received, we then process your exchange order. Please allow up to 15 days for us to receive and process your return.
 
Exchange Requirements:
  • Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tagging.
  • All exchanges must be made within 30 days of your original purchase.
  • Defective products are handled on a case-by-case basis. To determine if your product qualifies as defective, email shops@sarodeo.com.
